This week I decided it would be fun to add Instagram Stories to my TWiP posts. It was a bit of a technical challenge, but that’s just the kind of thing I enjoy, and I managed to figure out a way to do it without pulling out too much of my hair 😁
I don’t plan to include every Instagram story I ever post, especially the super random ones, but I think the ones that tell actual stories about how I spent my day are rather appropriate for this TWiP series. So, starting this week, on days where I’ve posted a series of stories, you’ll see them compiled together into a single short video for the day. I hope you find them enjoyable!
I have seen some people do Stories so well that they make me want to crawl right into their feeds. I’m nowhere near that yet, but I do like the idea of improving my Stories game, and hopefully sharing them to a wider audience like this will inspire me.
It’s a roundup of the microblogging I’ve done on Instagram all week. This includes photos I shot for Project 365 and any other extra images I may have posted.

Google Home Mini Cozy (2019) A crocheted Google Home Mini cozy has the potential to muffle the sound, interfere with the microphone, and make it impossible to see the LEDs. In other words, it may cripple the device's ability to function as a smart speaker. I don't care about these things, though, and if you don't either, come and learn how to make a cozy for your own Mini.
TWiP: I've been drinking again (2016) This week I resurrected an old crochet project, experimented with ugly clay colors, and redesigned my handmades shop on a whim.
