I thought a lot about crafty things this Winter week, but I didn’t follow through on much of it.
So, what is This Week in Pictures?
It’s a roundup of the microblogging I’ve done on Instagram all week. This includes photos I shot for Project 365 and any other extra images I may have posted.
Photos taken with 📷 (Canon EOS 80D) or 📱 (Samsung Galaxy S7).
Ready? Cast your mind back to this time last week…
Saturday

Starting my day with a pourover. Making enough for two, since my older son will probably want some, too.
Sunday

I live with a husband and two sons who really don’t give a lot of thought to “atmosphere.” So, when I have the house to myself, I spend a lot of time adjusting the lighting. Today I threw open the blinds, and let in as much natural light as possible. And when it started to get dark, I lit some candles, and told Google to turn the Lifx bulb in the corner lamp a pretty shade of purple.

Monday

This is a box of my polymer clay millefiori canes. I thought I might make something out of them on my day off today, but I don’t have any compelling ideas. I think maybe I’d rather just sit here and look at them. They’re so colorful!

Tuesday

Tuesday afternoon meeting
Wednesday

I’m getting the urge to surround myself in a pile of cheap cotton yarns, and crank out half a dozen mandalas. Though I think it’s pretty clear I really don’t need any more…

Thursday

It snowed yesterday, and today the thaw is well underway, even at 8am.
Friday

I actually kind of love dry Cheerios for breakfast.
