TWiP: Telling Stories

This Week in Pictures, Week 7, 2019

This week I decided it would be fun to add Instagram Stories to my TWiP posts. So, starting this week, on days where I’ve posted a series of stories, you’ll see them compiled together into a single short video for the day. I hope you find them enjoyable!

Vintage-Inspired Granny Square Neckwarmer

Vintage-Inspired Granny Square Neckwarmer

I recently decided that it would be fun to make myself a scarf or a cowl that was reminiscent of the granny square sweater my great-grandmother crocheted for my mother in the 1960’s. Here’s how that went.

TWiP: Scenes from Inside and Out

This Week in Pictures, Week 3, 2019

This weekend, as the storm approaches, I envision hunkering down by the fireplace with the cable-knit scarf I’m working on and a nice cup of Earl Gray tea. Knitting, weather, and warm drinks have been kind of a theme this week.

TWiP: Green Cables

This Week in Pictures, Week 2, 2019

It’s super cold today (17F, last I checked), and I’m thinking that once I’m done with the stuff I need to do this morning, the rest of the day might be nicely spent in front of the fireplace.
