Is there anything more glorious than a late spring Sunday morning? I’ve just been out for a long drive with all of the windows open, having myself a happy sing along, exploring the rolling countryside (New Jersey is so beautiful 😍), stopping for a brown sugar latte at an out-of-the-way coffee shop (Scouts in High Bridge – this is their bathroom, which is pretty nice for a public bathroom), and ending my adventure at a local farm stand (Dogwood Farms).I’ll be enjoying some super fresh salads for lunch this week, that’s for sure. I also came home with strawberries and rhubarb, but I haven’t decided yet what I will do with them 🍓🍓🍓 What is your favorite strawberry rhubarb recipe? I’d love some suggestions!
Once in a while we remember that we really could just hop in the car and go out for dinner next to the ocean. And then we do. This was taken in Ocean Grove, which was very quiet on this June evening.
