I’ll keep it brief today. After I made the TWiP mosaic this morning, I had an idea for a cover for my next playlist, and I just had to spend the next hour in Photoshop bringing that idea to life! You know how it is 🙂
So, now I’ve been sitting in this chair for far too long, and I just don’t have the energy to come up with a long, rambling preamble to this week’s images. Also, I’m about 8 minutes away from missing my normal posting schedule for this, so I’m just going to go ahead and copy all of the week’s images into the post and call it a day!
BTW, keep an eye out for that new playlist I mentioned. I’ll probably be ready to publish it on 8tracks today or tomorrow, and then shortly after that I’ll post about it here.
So, what is This Week in Pictures?
It’s a roundup of the photos I shot for Project 365 (the occasional when-I-feel-like-it theme for 2017 is “words”), plus some snapshots I posted on Instagram during the previous week.
Ready? Cast your mind back to this time last week…
365 📷: 2017 154/365 – "More bubbles!" – My niece at her birthday party. [Taken at my sister-in-law’s house.]
365 📷: 2017 155/365 – I’m working on a big redesign of my website, and I’m having trouble figuring out what to do about the banner image. I spent a lot of time today auditioning ideas. So far, I’m not liking much.
365 📱: 2017 156/365 – The latest addition to my humble little cubicle: tiny paper bunting! I’m resisting the temptation to string this around the entire cube. For now, it’s just on one side, in the two little panels shown here. [Taken at work.]
365 📷: 2017 157/365 – Oh, it was an expensive day today. My car got new brakes and new tires.
365 📷: 2017 158/365 – My younger son is going to Washington, DC with his class tomorrow and Friday. I kind of hope he takes Bernie with him.
365 📱: 2017 159/365 – I’ve been at my job for about five months. I think it’s time for a couple of cubicle plants. I figure these re a good choice, if I don’t want to kill the poor things. [Taken at work.]
365 📷: 2017 160/365 – Here come the 8th-graders! [Taken at Eamonn’s school.]
I may already have plans to blog about some of these things in greater detail over the coming week, but be sure to leave a comment if there’s something in particular you want to know about!
