For Week of Few Words. I’m sitting on my parents’ couch after midnight, listening to the banging of the pipes. I’d forgotten how noisy the steam heat was in this house. I used to find it a comforting noise. Now, I just hope it doesn’t keep me up tonight. I’m here because I’m participating in a vendor event in my hometown. When I weighed “sleeping on my parents’ couch 4 blocks away from the event” versus “sleeping in my own bed 45 minutes away from the event,” the option that didn’t involve me getting up at the crack of dawn to drive all the way here won.
So, before this gets too wordy, allow me to present the images of my day – all busy bee, updating my display for a crafty sale, sorts of things:
I’ve got vendor thingies going on both days this weekend, so you may not see me back here for a couple of days. Hope I’m not gone too long, though. Assuming they work out nicely, I’m excited to show you the things I did for my display this time around!
