TWiP: End of Summer Escapes

This Week in Pictures, Week 35, 2018

It was brutally hot this week. We had a family trip to the beach, and I took a solo one-night vacation at my parents’ house where I enjoyed a refreshing dip in their pool, a night in my old bedroom, and big cup of coffee in bed before heading to work. It was lovely. There was also a lot of knitting… I finished that shawl last night!

TWiP: Citrus

This Week in Pictures, Week 34, 2018

The colors this week have tended to the lime and the orange. It’s mostly due to the new tops I sewed. Yes, I actually pulled out the sewing machine this week and whipped up some new stuff for my closet. I plan to give them their own post, just as soon as I finish the last of the four, and I’ve had a chance for a little back yard photo shoot.

TWiP: I Love Red Nail Polish

I’m pretty excited about a new product I’ve got coming soon in the shop, and I’ve shared a little bit about that here. Also, this week there was a birthday party for my youngest niece, pool time with the family, a (very) little bit of knitting, a leak in the shower, a sunflower on my desk, and other things of July.

TWiP: End of June

This Week in Pictures, Week 26, 2018

This week started with a house full of young adults and ended with tiny paper bunting. There’s a party in the works for the high school graduate. Somewhere in there I managed to finish a little knitting project, and make the perfect polymer clay button for it, too.
