This week was broken wooden spoons, knitting, crocheting, and cozy cups of coffee.
So, what is This Week in Pictures?
It’s a roundup of the microblogging I’ve done on Flickr and Instagram all week. This includes photos I shot for Project 365 and any other extra images I may have posted.
Photos taken with 📷 (Canon EOS 80D) or 📱 (Samsung Galaxy S9).
Ready? Cast your mind back to Saturday last week…
Saturday

Off the top of my head, I can name three spots in my house that I’ve made into little “nests” for myself over the years. They may have pillows, or cozy blankets, or just be a nice place to sit and stitch, or flip through a magazine. Lately, I’ve been enjoying this comfortable spot next to the window, which is bathed in such nice warm light in the mornings. #pspicturefall

Sunday

Maple pecan loaf in progress. The unmixed batter is kind of pretty in it’s own right. #pspicturefall
Monday

Perhaps the kindest message I can send to myself today is a little reminder that a chunk of the wooden spoon broke off in the maple pecan loaf batter yesterday, and we still haven’t found it, so be careful! 😬🙄. #pspicturefall
Story for Monday
Tuesday

The colors at this time of year are brilliant when you look up, but when you look down, you can find plenty of monochromatic scenery. You’re in luck, if you like brown. #pspicturefall
Wednesday

Among the things that are currently hanging on this season, is warm afternoon weather. As long as there are still pleasantly mild days, and mid-afternoon work slumps to power through, there will be #frontstepcoffee pourovers. #pspicturefall
Thursday

Working from home since March has given me a chance to observe how the late afternoon light comes through my bedroom window differently with the seasons. #pspicturefall

Friday

Leaves I found in the back yard. #pspicturefall
