TWiP: Busy-ness

I think this week I’m going to let the pictures do all of the talking, because if all has gone according to plan, Aidan and I are already halfway to Rhinebeck, and we’re too busy enjoying the foliage, our Fall music, and the pleasant drive to blog right now 🍁🍂🎵😃

Saturday

365 📷: 2016 282/366 – Despite the fact that I am usually home all day during the week, I still feel like there is nothing more exciting than a free weekend with which to explore creative ideas.

Sunday

365 📱: 2016 283/366 – It’s been a nice weekend. I finally indulged some creative urges I’ve been ignoring for months, and the 13-year-old and I had plenty of quality time together. Tonight we took a nice walk in the park ♥ [Taken in Gillette, NJ.]

Monday

365 📷: 2016 284/366 – The kids have a few days off from school this week, so we took today to visit my parents and a couple of lazy cats. [Taken at my parents’ house.]

Tuesday

365 📷: 2016 285/366 – Today I got stuff done: shipped some orders, photographed a new product for my website, added that new product to my website, opened custom ordering in my shop, started a little Instagram contest, wrote a blog post, and took care of some important email. I think tonight I will sleep well.

Wednesday

365 📱: 2016 286/366 – I’m finding myself very busy, which usually leads to multi-tasking on my part. This evening it took the form of preparing supper while watching an Etsy seller panel on YouTube and photographing new items for my shop.

Thursday

365 📷: 2016 287/366 – Another productive day today! I took care of some important financial stuff, made some improvements to my resume, and tagged a bunch of inventory to be brought to the boutique (and other stuff to be set aside for my upcoming craft show). And somewhere in there I found time to have 3 cups of coffee in my favorite mug.

Friday

365 📷: 2016 288/366 – I narrowed it down to a modest little pile of handknits for this weekend: a cardigan, a pullover, and two shawls. Aidan and I are hanging out in the hotel tonight. We’re probably going to run out for coffee soon, but then I’m going to throw on my pajamas, do some knitting and watch a little Scarecrow and Mrs. King ☺ [Taken at a hotel in Fishkill.]
