It was a colorful week, thanks mainly to the pretty fabrics I’ve been playing with. These have been stashed away for far too long, and I’m glad to be putting them to good use now! If you’re curious, this is the pattern I’ve been following for my mask-making.
So, what is This Week in Pictures?
It’s a roundup of the microblogging I’ve done on Flickr and Instagram all week. This includes photos I shot for Project 365 and any other extra images I may have posted.
Photos taken with 📷 (Canon EOS 80D) or 📱 (Samsung Galaxy S9).
Ready? Cast your mind back to Saturday last week…
Saturday

We had a 17th birthday to celebrate today. I decorated and made brownies, we had a video call with some of the extended family, and we played some games. It was surprisingly social, despite the enforced distance.
Sunday

I really thought I’d have more finished by now. These are taking longer than I thought!
Monday

I added the fringe last night. I really like it! I should probably take myself outside and have a real photo shoot at some point.

I finished 14, and I still have another 42 in various stages of completion. I’m so glad to have had help cutting lining fabric (my son) and ironing/collating pieces (his girlfriend). I would not have gotten this far yet without their help.
Thanks, A and B! 💗
Tuesday

Still chugging away at the machine.
Wednesday

I’ve become that person who takes her coffee break while strolling leisurely down the street.

Thursday

I knew it was windy and rainy. I just didn’t know the window was open upstairs. Oops.
Friday

I’ve noticed that when I close my work laptop at 5pm, there’s a sunny spot on the end of the bed. It makes me want to just cozy up here for a while and relax. I might be part cat.
Thanks for taking a peek at this week’s photos! If you want to see this stuff as it happens, please feel free to follow me on Flickr or Instagram ♥

Thanks 😊
