I’ve had the windows open in the house for the last few days. I love those first few days of open-window weather, especially if it’s breezy. It feels like a cleanse of some kind, to have the spring air blowing through and pushing out the last remnants of stuffy winter atmosphere.
So, what is This Week in Pictures?
It’s a roundup of the microblogging I’ve done on Instagram all week. This includes photos I shot for Project 365 and any other extra images I may have posted.
Photos taken with 📷 (Canon EOS 80D) or 📱 (Samsung Galaxy S7).
Ready? Cast your mind back to this time last week…
Saturday

This beanie I crocheted for my niece only just fits her. Good thing it goes really well with what she was wearing today – it may be the only time she wears it!
Sunday

I wandered around the yard today looking for signs of spring. I have no idea what this is going to blossom into, but it’s pretty funky-looking right now.
Monday

Today’s desktop theme is tiny purple flowers.
Tuesday

I’m not sure if you can see it, but I dyed my hair light teal. Temporarily. I knew it wouldn’t show on the brown, but I thought it might be fun on the gray. You can see it a little bit if the lighting is right.
Wednesday

It’s that time of year where I put my favorite beach quilt on the bed. I’ve been collecting fabrics for a dedicated bedroom quilt for many years, but I still haven’t started it. Until I do, this quilt makes me very happy.
Thursday

Sometimes I eat like a picky six-year-old.
Friday

I don’t love snakes, but this guy was the only critter I saw in this afternoon’s walk through the swamp.
