Would you call a barrette an “accessory” or “jewelry” ??

I’ve been referring to them as jewelry on my website because the two categories were “jewelry” and “gifts.” Barrettes are more jewelry than they are gifts. But last summer I started an “accessories” category when I started embellishing flip-flops, and now I’m thinking the barrettes would be more accurately described as accessories.
