My mother, sister, and I just got back from a long weekend in Cape May. This was our third year. We like to go in the off season (though, not too off, since we like it to still be a little bit warm during the day) and we rent a small house by the Delaware Bay. This year we did some things that we’ve done before (the lighthouse, Higbees beach, the beach at Cape May itself, the beach at Cape May Point, the beach at the Delaware Bay just steps outside our front door), and we also did a few new things, like the Cape May County Zoo.

Yes, and it was covered with all of those smaller crabs. I’d never seen anything like it!
