It’s a roundup of the little (and big!) moments I have captured all week. Some of these images are posted on Instagram, but many aren’t posted anywhere but here. Some days there may be no photos, and other days there may be multiples. It’s more laid back than the Project 365s of previous years. You can learn more here 🙂
Here’s a very short video, featuring 1.5-second moments from the week: it snowed (barely) twice, I made some ornaments, I ate healthy, I started walking again.
Saturday
Painting on the eyesAnother little family ready for curing.
Sunday
While I do enjoy making #pdcfamilyportraitornaments for any of you (once I force myself to just sit down and get started already, that is 😜) I think my favorite ornaments are the ones for my immediate family, where I can dress them up in clothes they own. Here I am in my Oxbow Cardigan (which I knit earlier this year) and the ever present Polka Dot Cottage Mask, because it is 2021, after all 😁
Monday
Got myself some Chicken Tortilla Soup for lunch. Mmmmm.
Tuesday
Leftovers from yesterday 🙂
Wednesday
Oooh! I look for these every December, and they are always out of stock. So glad I came to Trader Joe’s tonight!
Thursday
I still don’t have all of the colors that I want, but at least I’m getting a little bit closer with this current order. This polymer shortage is pretty frustrating.
Friday
I took a week off from making new recipes, but I was back in the kitchen last night with this: Black Bean and Lentil Soup.. I’m having leftovers for lunch – it’s just as yummy on day two.
Thanks for helping me celebrate the week! If you want to see some of this stuff as it happens, please feel free to follow me on Instagram ♥

TWiP: Winter (2015) Well, looking at this week's pictures, it would be hard to deny that it's winter.
Summer in Winter (2015) You realize just how worth-the-effort it is to squirrel away summer fruit, when you are breathing in the smell of a June farmer's market on the last day of January.
