Who decides at 7pm to take a road trip to the beach for ice cream? We do!!
It takes a little over an hour in the car. We park in Ocean Grove, walk down the boardwalk into Asbury Park, choose our flavors, sit on a bench and watch the ocean with our rapidly-melting treats, take our time wandering back to the car, drive up the Garden State Parkway, and are back home by 11:00.
I heart summer.
