My images contain four cups of coffee, a frappuccino, and a glass of wine. I didn’t exactly expand my horizons much with my photography this week. Ah well. Some weeks are like that. And I don’t happen to have a problem with mug shots, even if a certain spouse of mine likes to tease me about all of the coffee in my pictures ☕
Speaking of coffee, I think I need a refill. You can look at the photos I took this week while I go do that 🙂
So, what is This Week in Pictures?
Ready? Cast your mind back to this time last week…
365: 2016 72/366 – I’ve got some custom clay colors that need to be mixed and a kid who is looking to earn some cash. This seems like a win-win situation to me.
365: 2016 73/366 – Seems all I’ve done all day is computer work and schlepping one of my kids around. And I’ve still got more of both to do tonight. Sigh. I didn’t plan this weekend very well. I like my Sundays to be much more relaxing than this. Oh well. Better luck next week, I hope!
365: 2016 74/366 – A cold, wet Monday morning, the first Monday of Daylight Savings Time. After getting up in the dark to make lunches and drive kids through the rain to their respective destinations, how could I resist climbing back into bed for a few moments of warmth and relaxation? I don’t regret it, despite the fact that I fell asleep and lost two hours of prime work time. That rarely happens, so I must have needed it. Enjoying a late breakfast in bed now before I tackle my list 🙂
365: 2016 75/366 – My favorite supper: pasta, garlic bread, and wine.
365: 2016 76/366 – I met some people today who really liked my earrings. Later, in the parking lot, after giving out a bunch of business cards, I realized the earrings were kind of hard to find on my website. This sparked a total Handmades Shop re-design, and I’m still not finished. It’s going to be a nerdy couple of days!
365: 2016 77/365 – When Neil goes away on business, the boys and I have *at least* one night of eating less-than-ideal stuff for supper. Tonight’s edition: Frappuccinos and green bagels (Happy St. Patrick’s Day). Tomorrow I’ll go back to watching my carbs 😉 [Taken with my phone in the Starbucks parking lot.]
365: 2016 78/366 – After school, having a snack and chatting with the kids about their day. I’m going to miss this when I find a job. I like being here when they come home.
I may already have plans to blog about some of these things in greater detail over the coming week, but be sure to leave a comment if there’s something in particular you want to know about!
