Snapping

Picture-taking

Still alive.  Been organizing my work in preparation for upcoming craft shows, and impromptu “hey, can you bring over some necklaces so I can pick out a birthday present for my sister?” requests.  Today, I snapped 200+ pictures of much of my work, so that I can spiffy up my shop.  You should have a look.  Tomorrow, if the weather cooperates, I’ll work on shooting some of my other collections.

    1. Yes, I made them all. Not in one sitting, though! These have been accumulating for some time.

  2. Hey Lisa,
You’ve been a busy girl, very cute buttons! I’m not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but when i pull your website, either at home or at work there seems to be a problem. The right side bar shows up for about 2 seconds and then totally disappears. Just seems very odd and just started happening in the last several days. Just wanted to give you a heads up and see if anyone else is having this problems or if it’s just gremlins of some sort. Have A Great Day!

    1. Carla, are you still having this problem? Just curious whether it’s managed to fix itself yet.

  3. I’m glad that your blogging break didn’t last for too long 🙂 Those are beautiful, off to your flickr site to see the rest!
Hey, where did you get those mulling spices? I want some!

    1. The mulling spices came from a local farm stand, and has their name on the box. I wouldn’t be surprised, though, if they ordered them from some place else that makes them and then imprints the farm’s name on the box.

Actually, yes, a Google search just turned up these, which are exactly the same, except they say “Olde Tradition Spice” instead of “Whightman’s Farms”

      Hope this helps 😀

  4. Gorgeous!

    1. Thanks! I love setting them out and sorting them by color like that. It’s my “I don’t get out much” idea of fun 😀

  5. oh my goodness! such beautiful buttons!! i have a baby sweater in progress that is itching for buttons like the ones on the spring green paper. too cute!!

    1. Oh, I love those green ones too. It’s my favorite color palette. At 1.25 inches each, they might be a bit large for a baby sweater, though 😀 I’m considering also making sets of six, that are about 1/2-inch in diameter, but I haven’t done it yet.
