Instructions
Place everything in the crock pot and cook on HIGH for 5 hours.
Add a scoop of elbow macaroni and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese just before serving, if desired.
Notes
Goes well with a hunk of homemade French bread or a thick slice of Texas toast.
