Gotta say, it’s been kind of a single track here this week. My new pattern release took up the majority of my mental capacity, and when I was done thinking about that, I moved onto thinking about yarn for the next project.

It’s been a weird week. I forgot to do Thursday’s photo, so I doubled-up on Friday. I have decided to be laid-back about this photo-a-day thing for this month. I still want to do every prompt, but I might not shoot every day. And I’m cool with that.

I have spent all year capturing my mornings, but I find it hard to be innovative when I spend most of my morning hours in the office, where I have very little control over lighting and atmosphere, and more importantly, where I have a job to do that does not involve photographing my breakfast. So, I’ve been feeling a bit uninspired with My Year of Mornings, which is why I jumped at the change to participate in Picture the Holidays again.
