TWiP: Back Home Again

This Week in Pictures, Week 41, 2021

My long weekend in Cape May with my mother and sister ended on Monday. The leaves are changing at home.

So, what is This Week in Pictures?

It’s a roundup of the little (and big!) moments I have captured all week. Some of these images are posted on Instagram, but many aren’t posted anywhere but here. Some days there may be no photos, and other days there may be multiples. It’s more laid back than the Project 365s of previous years. You can learn more here 🙂

Photos taken with 📷 (Canon EOS 80D) or 📱 (Samsung Galaxy S9).

TWiP Clips

Here’s a very short video, featuring 1.5-second moments from the week:

Saturday

On the Delaware Bay beach in Villas, NJ, where we are staying.
We took a drive to Wildwood. I don’t think I’ve ever actually been there before, but I’d like to go back sometime and get to see more of the boardwalk.

Sunday

Waking up in our little shore house 💙
Beach flower. No idea what it is.
The sea birds enjoy what is left of the concrete ship that wrecked here last century sometime.

Monday

Can you spot the crab?

This is a little video I put together of our trip. Some footage (especially at the beginning, where they had gotten on the road hours before I even finished my work day) was provided by my mother and sister 🙂

Wednesday

Been home for a few days. It’s getting autumnal around here.

Thursday

I picked up this cute little frog from a polymer clay artist at the Lima Bean Festival in Cape May. Isn’t he cute?

Thanks for helping me celebrate the week! If you want to see this stuff as it happens, please feel free to follow me on Instagram ♥
