I went to Trader Joe’s this week. I was hoping to find that they once again had the Maple Oat Beverage they introduced last year. And they did. It’s back, baby! Let the Autumn latte-making begin 😋🍁
Last year I declared that the rest of the world was welcome to their pumpkin spice addiction, and that I would instead be quietly hording all of the maple products, thankyouverymuch.
Well, it turns out the rest of the world wants in on the maple thing, too. Never mind that maple is actually a late winter / early spring product when it comes right down to it. Somehow it is becoming the Next Big Fall Flavor.
I guess this is good news, in that there will be more yummy maple products for me to procure. Trader Joe’s, in fact, has a maple kettle corn that I may just have turned into an ill-advised (but delicious) midday meal this week 😬
Just promise me you won’t buy all of the Maple Oat Beverage before I’ve gotten my fill, and I suppose I can allow you to share in my autumnal addiction 😜
So, what is This Week in Pictures?
It’s a roundup of the little (and big!) moments I have captured all week. Some of these images are posted on Instagram, but many aren’t posted anywhere but here. Some days there may be no photos, and other days there may be multiples. It’s more laid back than the Project 365s of previous years. You can learn more here 🙂
Photos taken with 📷 (Canon EOS 80D) or 📱 (Samsung Galaxy S9).

Hi Lisa, is the sweater featured in this TWIP all crocheted? If so, do you have a pattern available and which yarn did you use? it looks great,
Thanks kindly, Mirella
Hi, Mirella. Yes! It is finished. The pattern is Blurred Lines, and I used a lot of different yarns, mostly Signature Sock from Ontheround, though a few others, that I picked up here and there as well. I can grab some color names and more details, if you want them.
