I ate more scones than usual this week. And Aidan turned 20. Those of you who have been here since 2007 remember when he was a little soon-to-be second-grader picking wineberries in the yard… time really does fly!

The older son and I took a nice scenic drive to a little coffee shop I found a while back. We had scones.

The older son’s birthday is this week and he’s requested a party. So, I guess it’s time to finally clean this house. Living room: done.

Twenty years old, and all smiles.

Now that I have a moon roof, I’ve started looking up more often. Here’s the view while stopped for gas.
Friday
My son no longer works at Starbucks, but his girlfriend does, and so I still get the occasional free day-old scone for breakfast 🙂
