TWiP: Need More Chocolate

I let more than a week go by between images again. Instagram is my social media vice of choice, but I haven’t made a whole lot of time for it lately. Not sure why. Since the last time I was here, I finished the #pdceverydaybaby cardigan for niece four. Now I’m pretty far into the #pdccogwheel for niece three. Hoping I don’t lose interest in this little project before I get to nieces two and one! P.S. Every time I write “niece” it looks wrong to me. But “neice” looks wrong, too. I always have to ask Google which one is right, just to make sure…

Daylight Savings Time ended and I didn’t even notice until now, when I realized it was getting dark early. I don’t think I’ve ever been this unaware before… we’re at a point in our household where all of the clocks I refer to regularly update themselves with no need for human intervention!

Neil hung up some of my fairy lights and set the nightstand light to purple, because he knows I like mood lighting and complementary colors.

Yesterday I was busy with important family things and I forgot to take a photo. Today I’m working from home. I waited a few minutes for the birds in the trees to take flight and give me a more compelling shot, but they did not oblige.

    I’m sorry you’ve had a difficult week. Hope this next week is easier. Thank goodness for chocolate. A cup of coffee is pretty good too.

      Thanks, Lisa. I will never turn down coffee or chocolate on a hard day! (And rarely will I turn it down on a good day, either, if I’m being honest…)
