Can you believe we’ve just completed the 43rd week of the year already? We are deep into Fall around here – many of the trees are bare, and those that still have their leaves are exploding with yellow and orange. There’s very little green left. It’s a good thing this time of year is so pretty, otherwise I think I’d find it depressing to see all of our lush greenery whither away and die, knowing that we have several months of challenging weather ahead.
It does sound pretty depressing, when you say it that way, eh? Luckily it’s a feast for the senses, so you don’t have to think about it too much. Besides being pretty, Autumn smells good, tastes good, sounds good… I’ve been taking pictures, baking, and listening to leaves crunch underfoot, and it’s been a lovely October, in that way.
So, what is This Week in Pictures?
It’s a roundup of the microblogging I’ve done on Flickr and Instagram all week. This includes photos I shot for Project 365 and any other extra images I may have posted.
Photos taken with 📷 (Canon EOS 80D) or 📱 (Samsung Galaxy S7).
Ready? Cast your mind back to this time last week…

And now, time to put my sore feet up in this hotel room and maybe find a movie to watch ☺️
Story for Saturday
Sunday

We stayed in a hotel this weekend that had 17 little houses with four apartments each.
Monday

It’s a rainy Fall morning, and I’m off to work. I wish weekends were longer. This would be a great day to stay home, sipping tea and reading,
Tuesday

The view from the office has definitely taken a turn for the autumnal.
Wednesday

I took this picture with the intention of declaring that this coffee machine hates me, but then the boss sent out a message that the machine is broken, so apparently it’s not only me. The machine currenly hates everyone.
Thursday

I’ve always wanted fairy lights around the kitchen window. Now, where should I put the other 23 strands that came in the box? LOL!
Friday

Fun with fairy lights on the front steps.
