If I took away anything from this week, it’s that I need to find myself somewhere flat and scenic to ride a bike. And then I need to get a bike.
By the way, if you saw my post last week, you know I didn’t entirely finish it because I was at the beach without a computer. I’ve added what was missing now, so feel free to
take a look, if you’re interested.
It’s a roundup of the microblogging I’ve done on Flickr and Instagram all week. This includes photos I shot for Project 365 and any other extra images I may have posted.
Photos taken with 📷 (

Ready? Cast your mind back to this time last week…
Saturday 131/365 I have been talking about renting a bike here for years, and I finally did it! I haven’t been bicycling for more than two decades. Yikes! But it was just like they say about getting back on a bike… Anyway, it was glorious, and probably the best $10 I have spent on this trip! (View original Project 365 post on Flickr.) This is definitely the life. (View original post on Instagram.) Story for Saturday Sunday 132/365 Mother’s Day, while nice in other ways, was a complete wash out, weather wise. We spent most of the day hanging out in our hotel room. (View original Project 365 post on Flickr.) It turns out a rainy Sunday at the shore is basically the same as a rainy Sunday at home: knitting and mysteries. Just the view is different 😁 (View original post on Instagram.) Story for Sunday Monday Our annual Ocean City family portrait. “Cold and Wet” was the theme of the last few days, but we made the best of it, as usual 😁 (View original post on Instagram.) 133/365 More rain today and even colder than yesterday. We left earlier than usual after a hearty breakfast and a few rounds of Skee Ball . (View original Project 365 post on Flickr.) Story for Monday Tuesday 134/365 Back at work. Still rainy, but it doesn’t look so bad from inside. (View original Project 365 post on Flickr.) Wednesday 135/365 Neil bought me some Gerbera daisies for my desk 🙂 (View original Project 365 post on Flickr.) Thursday 136/365 I worked from home today, which gave me the rare opportunity to actually cook some lunch for myself. So, I cooked up some chicken tenders in ginger and garlic, and them wrapped them up with a slice of pepper jack cheese. They’re quite good. I had one today, and these four are for future me.
