If I took away anything from this week, it’s that I need to find myself somewhere flat and scenic to ride a bike. And then I need to get a bike.
By the way, if you saw my post last week, you know I didn’t entirely finish it because I was at the beach without a computer. I’ve added what was missing now, so feel free to take a look, if you’re interested.
So, what is This Week in Pictures?
It’s a roundup of the microblogging I’ve done on Flickr and Instagram all week. This includes photos I shot for Project 365 and any other extra images I may have posted.
Photos taken with 📷 (Canon EOS 80D) or 📱 (Samsung Galaxy S7).
Ready? Cast your mind back to this time last week…
Saturday

I have been talking about renting a bike here for years, and I finally did it! I haven’t been bicycling for more than two decades. Yikes! But it was just like they say about getting back on a bike… Anyway, it was glorious, and probably the best $10 I have spent on this trip!

Story for Saturday
Sunday

Mother’s Day, while nice in other ways, was a complete wash out, weather wise. We spent most of the day hanging out in our hotel room.

Monday

More rain today and even colder than yesterday. We left earlier than usual after a hearty breakfast and a few rounds of Skee Ball .
Story for Monday
Tuesday

Back at work. Still rainy, but it doesn’t look so bad from inside.
Wednesday

Neil bought me some Gerbera daisies for my desk 🙂
Thursday

I worked from home today, which gave me the rare opportunity to actually cook some lunch for myself. So, I cooked up some chicken tenders in ginger and garlic, and them wrapped them up with a slice of pepper jack cheese. They’re quite good. I had one today, and these four are for future me.
Friday

Often when I leave late in the morning, this train makes me even later.
Thanks for taking a peek at this week’s photos! If you want to see this stuff as it happens, please feel free to follow me on Flickr or Instagram ♥
Family, food, fellowship and KNITTING!!! Another day for the beach 😊
