Do you ever look at the posts that are linked under “Same Time Previous Years” at the end of my TWiP posts? I do. Every time I post a new one, I like to see what I was up to this time last year, and the year before, and often the year before that.
This week is no exception. Cranberry bread, game nights, candle light… I am so guided by traditions, that it’s nearly always subconscious, and often surprising. As in, “hey look! I did this exact same thing last year! And the 3 years before that, too!” Who knew? 😁
So, what is This Week in Pictures?
It’s a roundup of the photos I shot for Project 365 (the occasional when-I-feel-like-it theme for 2017 is “words”), plus some snapshots I posted on Instagram during the previous week.

Ready? Cast your mind back to this time last week…
Saturday
365 📷: 2017 322/365 – Another Saturday well-spent. Among other things, I cleaned the living room.
Sunday
365 📷: 2017 323/365 – Chatting with my husband and brewing my second cup of coffee. It’s 10:22am here in New Jersey, and 11:22pm where he is in China.
Monday
365 📷: 2017 324/365 – So, Neil is home. And apparently too tired to sit like a normal person 😉
Tuesday
365 📷: 2017 325/365 – Just your typical weeknight, hanging out with Alex Trebek.
Wednesday
365 📷: 2017 326/365 – Eamonn wrote another book, and it just arrived. I’m looking forward to reading it ☺
Thursday
365 📷: 2017 327/365 – It’s Emma’s first Thanksgiving ☺ [Taken at my in-laws’ house.]
Friday
365 📷: 2017 328/365 – I’m so glad I took today off. It was a good day. I finished off the cranberries and made more bread. Most of the family came over to help us eat it later. That’s always a good time ☺
Thanks for taking a peek at this week’s photos! If you want to see this stuff as it happens, please feel free to follow me on Flickr and/or Instagram.
I may already have plans to blog about some of these things in greater detail over the coming week, but be sure to leave a comment if there’s something in particular you want to know about!
Great food, family, beautiful sweater!!! I know how proud you are of the resident author. Good for him.
Thanks, Chloe 😊. His writing gets better with each one he does. I’m on the second sleeve of that sweater today… Hopefully I’ll be done this weekend!
