March 19th: a photo essay

One of the great things about blogging is that it keeps valuable records for me. For instance, I am able to verify that every single year since at least 2007, I have found March to be a particularly unlovable month. I wish I could say that all has changed. It would be lovely to say that in 2013, March surprised us with glorious Spring weather, and a renewed sense of vitality and optimism.

It would be lovely to say that, indeed.

sigh

Ok, April, I’m ready for you!


Five hours later…

This is what you get when you don’t post immediately. When you complain about the weather and schedule it to publish in the late afternoon, March says, “I’ll show YOU!”

Sunny and 45 degrees.  How little March knows me. If it really wants to teach me a lesson, it should throw me a 60-degree day. Ha!
