I will admit to a love-hate relationship with cooking. Still, when I love it, I do manage to make some pretty delicious things. The images below link to the recipes I’ve shared here. You’ll notice my more recent recipes have a focus on lowering sodium and saturated fat. Since my husband’s July 2012 heart attack, improving our diets has been a priority for us.
