I wish I could help with the pom pom, but I just use a pom pom maker I bought online and follow the directions that came with it.]]></description>

(except for the fact that I knit two inches too long, and it looks like a ski mask with a brim) my problem right now is makin the pom pom. I made one from my brother last christmas and he tells me he wears in when he hikes on Vancouver Island (he lives there) even now!  I also do a variation of it with no pompom and have an etsy shop which has a link on my blog.  email for any other info.
