I know it's late but if i had a Polka Dot Cottage tote bag, it would contain a bit of everything from website design books to bills to organic product pamplets. I bought the frosting, too, but I melted it a bit in the microwave so I could dribble it over the top of the cake. Then I just added a few pinches of rainbow sprinkles to decorate the top.
