Would you think me a tease?

If all I showed you of my latest creation was this? You see, I had mentioned in my last post that I was considering dying the skirt I’d made from my husband’s pants. I had also expressed a hope that nobody would be struck sleepless wondering how the skirt eventually turned out. When Kim replied that she would, indeed, lose sleep over the state of my clothes, I knew I must take action. And fast. Within moments of replying to her comment, I had gathered my supplies and set to turning my gray-brown-green (whatever it is) skirt into something more interesting. I took a break to make and eat supper, and now the fruits of my labor are swirling around in the washing machine. All will be revealed tomorrow, but I hope this has been enough to save you from insomnia, Kim. I don’t want to lie awake all night tonight thinking of you lying awake all night thinking of my skirt.

I’ve suddenly decided that it would be nice to have a shower before I settle in for an evening of TV watching in my favorite pajamas with my favorite grown-up companion, so I’m not going to yap endlessly about each of these things.
